Each month, I publish a "Spotlight Stock" that describes a company that we own and why we like it.  The purpose isn't to provide a 'hot tip' or promote a company, but to help investors understand our investment philosophy as it relates to stock investing.

This month, the Spotlight Stock is United Technologies, Corp, a large diversified manufacturer or products including Otis Elevators, Carrier Heating & Air, Pratt & Whitney Engines and Sikorsky Helicopters, to name a few.  UTX is one of our largest holdings at Acropolis today and has been an excellent performer since our inception, although the valuation isn't as attractive today as it has been in the past.
